The 90-Day Build Plan
You picked the workflow. This turns it into a plan with a baseline, a written definition of done, and a real measurement at 30, 60, and 90 days. So you can prove it worked, not just hope it did.
How to use this: Bring one workflow you have already decided to build. Work down the sections and fill each field with plain answers. The gaps you cannot fill are the questions to settle before the build starts. Print it and use it as the plan of record.
One project, not the whole business
This plan organizes a project you have already chosen. Finding, comparing, and ranking opportunities across the whole business is a different job. That is what the paid Automation Blueprint does. Use this tool when you know the project. Use the Blueprint when you do not.
The section that earns its keep
Written success criteria is the one to get right. It is the difference between “the automation is done” and “the automation cut this from 40 minutes to 4 and has been right every time for a month.” Write it before you build. Measure against it at 30, 60, and 90 days. If you cannot write it, the project is not ready, and that is worth knowing now instead of in week eight.
