The process

Five steps. From first call to running systems.

Every engagement follows the same arc. We find what's costing your team the most time, build the fix, and hand it off running, with documentation that keeps it working after we're gone.

The Mapping Session

You describe what's costing your team the most time. We ask questions. Together we pick the one workflow most worth a closer look, and we tell you honestly whether it's worth automating and what it would take. No deck. No pitch. This is free and it is where most people start.

You get

An initial written map or recommendation for one workflow. A clear read on whether we are a fit. Yours to keep either way.

02 2 weeks · paid

The Automation Blueprint

When one workflow is not the whole story, this is the paid diagnostic. We interview the people doing the work, map every workflow across the business, and put a number on the time and cost behind each one. Every opportunity gets sized and ranked by likely value, not by what is technically interesting.

You get

A prioritized implementation roadmap with 3 to 8 ranked opportunities. What to build first, what to defer, what to skip, and why. Yours to keep regardless of what comes next.

03 Fixed scope · typically 2–10 weeks per project

Build and integrate

We build the automations on your roadmap one at a time, integrated into the systems your team already uses. You don't learn new software. Clear success criteria are set before we start. You get progress updates throughout. Think delivery timelines, what's running, what's next.

You get

Working automations built into your existing tools. No parallel systems to manage.

04 End of every project

Handoff

Every engagement ends with a delivery doc. Your team knows how the system works, what to feed it, and what to do if something breaks. We don't call it done until it's been running unattended for two weeks.

You get

A delivery doc your team can actually use. Two weeks running without us before we close the project.

05 Ongoing · optional

Care Plan

Some clients want us to stay on. We offer two versions. Advisory: we monitor your automations, flag issues, and surface new opportunities as your business changes. Active management: we run the agents, workflows, and integrations for you. You focus on the business.

You get

Systems that hold up 6 and 12 months in, and a partner who tells you what to automate next.
